Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase although we understand sometimes you need to make a return. You do not need to contact us for approval. In the event you need to return an item all purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if postmarked within 14 business days of receiving your order minus shipping. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached. The store credit will be calculated for items purchased and does not include amount paid for shipping and handling. Please make sure to include the packing slip so we know who it's from. Returned items should be sent to the address below.

If we make a shipping error and accidentally ship a wrong item please email us at aveandlivvie@gmail.com ASAP or text 816-223-4012.

We don't offer exchanges. 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Sale items are considered anything with a discount of 25% or more. 

HOLIDAY APPAREL ARE NOT RETURNABLE AFTER DEC 24TH (This includes holiday themed merchandise or holiday pajamas).

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All full priced purchased items or special promotions are eligible for store credit minus shipping when purchased from November 19th - December 24th and shipped back by January 7th.

All jewelry, travel or makeup bags are non refundable for hygiene reasons. 

 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at aveandlivvie@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
